If you are not completely satisfied with your Anna Kristine Cashmere's online purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items, with all tags attached, within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Please send original sales receipt with the return shipment.
Return/Exchange packages must be shipped pre-paid, preferably by UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. In order to guarantee a full refund, we ask that returned packages have tracking.
Your card will be promptly credited, less any shipping charges. For exchanges, we will ship the new chosen item at no additional cost to you.
